Delivery to Site

Each module was dispatched from the factory by curtain sided truck, and craned onto pre-made foundations. The entire on-site process from start to finish was 4.5 weeks.

Low Cost Apartments

fourLINK designed, manufactured and delivered 13 affordable apartments, laundry facilities and storage rooms as part of this project in northern Sweden. The development was a mixture of studio and 2 bedroom apartments. The timber framed building was factory produced and designed for the harsh Swedish winter and building code. Each apartment has it's own private bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

Each apartment was delivered with furniture, appliances and was a complete turnkey solution ready for the client to move into.
